Made our breakfast smoothies from scratch:  1 cup almond milk no sugar, @ 1 scoop of protein powder with superfoods (from natural grocer), Nancy’s yogurt with probiotics 1/4 cup, 1-2 Tablespoons Caco (researched to get one without much lead or cadmium in it), 1 T Ceylon cinnamon (found out other kind can be hard on body), I add two cooked eggs (heard can digest better than raw eggs), handful of spinach leaves (organic),1/2 Banana, 3-4 strawberry slices, about 1/2 inch of ginger root and 1 T of Braggs apple cider vinegar with mother.  Mix it really well in an older blender that has some power and an OK to drink breakfast that I have been doing for about 3 months.  I have lost about 40 pounds in that time.  Since retiring, we only eat twice a day this has worked out well.  For dinners we have been cooking from scratch most of the time using our instant pot.

This shake is not for everyone…Just what I am doing.  I let my grand son taste it and his comment is a new classic for my wife and I.  He said, “Smells like cinnamon and Tastes like DEATH!”

Also finished my axe sheath with my leather and parts…so from scratch except I do not know how to tan hides.
