Don’t know about doing a challenge as I haven’t been on here long enough to see what you do. But for the most part I do a lot of scratch cooking. Don’t even know if this would qualify. But I cook everything out of my garden. Make my own bread from scratch as well. I have made scratch cakes but because hubby and I are both diabetics, I don’t do as much of that now. Only during Thanksgiving and Christmas for the kids and grandkids. My oldest granddaughter in CA called yesterday and she made lasagna noodles from scratch. Something I have never done. So I will have to try that one. She loves to cook. I also make my own laundry detergent. Been doing that for a while now. Like the ideas you guys have posted. It will keep me on my toes for new ideas.
