Had cream of buckwheat for breakfast (although I don’t have a problem with gluten, it doesn’t have any). Made dogfood with brown rice, beef, eggs, scraps of cheese and leftover peas. Dogs loved it. A neighbor a while back gave me some beef when she was moving and it was freezer burnt, so saved it for dogfood. A warm thank you to the neighbor and it hit the spot (Spot being the dog).

Will look in my closet for wool to make dryer balls today. Put a beef roast in the crock pot (for people).
