Made chili from scratch. Used my Mountain Home can of tomato powder for the tomato sauce. That’s good stuff I think. Ordered a bunch of stuff from Emergency Essentials (BePrepared.com). Awesome customer service in my experience.
Help everybody: I want to buy a food dehydrator. So many choices on Amazon. I don’t want to buy the cheapest thing, but I don’t need a cadillac either. I’m looking at a Magic Mill 6 tray unit for about $99 that looks interesting but I’m not sure what features I are important as I’ve never owned one of these things before. I plan to use for dehydrating frozen vegetables I catch on sale. Saw this idea on a prepper youtube channel.
I’m so excited for this new year and really getting more serious about being prepared and learning new skills! Yeah.
