Jan 3. Biscuits and fried eggs for breakfast.
baked rolls and bread for the next few days. Bone broth was ready for canning, so I made chicken and dumplings for supper.
I didn’t do much of anything else. Canning usually takes up the whole day when I have to do it inside. My kitchen range takes forever to get the pressure canner up to pressure.
