<p style=”text-align: left;”>So used up the rest of the “saltine” crackers this morning with a mixture of fruit for everyone’s breakfast. Hopefully the extra vitamin C will help us get rid of the virus we all have. They tasted better to my mind than they had last might as they had softened in the fridge and had a more crumbly texture rather like a cheese pastry without the cheese. I had added garlic powder and parsley flakes to the original recipe and those flavor s seemed more developed too. This afternoon I made 2 loaves of challah bread totally by hand! And they look lovely. We normally buy 2 loaves of Italian white so this is a first. I will let you know how they taste tomorrow as just about to have them now with some salmon. We are having our meal late due to baby girl not feeling well and my not wanting to wake her from her nap earlier.</p>
