I realised that what I do from scratch is cooking then anything else. I repair stuff the best I can but not making all kind of cool stuff I see ppl do hereš¬
yesterday I received my two books from Robert Tissersnd about essential oils.
Everyday I try to make a couple of extra ready in a jar and just add water meals. Yesterday I made 5 small jars with oat meal with cinnamon and home dried grapes (raisins). I canāt seem to get the children out of bed early enough to have breakfast together. So these little jars will be good on the go. Today I rolled more oats to make a couple of more jars.
I made lemon poppyseed mix (a sweet bread) and sourdough bread. I only have to add wet ingredients. Want to make a couple of jars more. So I can easily bake bread in the evening. The sourdough I start before I go to work and bake it when I get home. Iām making pain de campagne now.
Yesterday we ate potatoes and I peeled some more so I could make whole wheat refrigerator bread.
It is a lot of work to get it all organised. I hope to be able to incorporate it in my normal weekly routine.
Tonight we have falafel. The chick peas are now soaking. I will make a double portion so I can freeze the surplus. We eat it with tahini sauce and a garlic sauce. Wel. Have pickles olives and some fresh bell pepper.
Tomorrow my days of are over and I have to work again.
