For my challenge today I using extra food and baking ingredients that was purchased for Christmas and New Year’s that didn’t get used. So I will be using the extras to make some sandwiches that I will freeze and use to take when we go out to town or in an emergency. One breakfast sandwich will be ham, egg, and cheese on a hamburger bun, the other will be bacon and scramble eggs on a croissant and homemade cinnamon rolls that after baking I will put in individual cup cake containers. Lunch sandwiches will be spicy chicken fried steak, cheeseburgers, and homemade oatmeal toffee cookies and peanut butter cookies.
