Made spiced pumpkin seeds in oven yesterday. Yogurt starter biscuits turned out good today. Making pinto bean soup with homemade ham to go with biscuits. I soaked the beans overnight in goats milk, they are tender even b4 i cook them …. almost…..have been working on the well. Didnt realize the pex connections i have are 1/2 in and not the 3/4 i need. Am picking up my monthly azure order tomorrow. Will have to see if the local ace hardware store has them. If i can get out, the roads are muddy now that all that snow is melting. The roads are hopefully frozen in the am. But the stupid stores dont open til 9:30. So getting home will be interesting. What sucks is thrre are two different pex connectors and i only have the tool for the one they dont carry….probably. may just use an o ring clamp. Used gorilla glue and tape the last time i fixed it.
