Made mayo from scratch. Used a recipe off of the net found at https://satisfyingeats.com/condiments/best-homemade-mayo/
But used Sunflower oil instead of olive oil. Turned out very good and my wife liked that the recipe used two whole eggs instead of just the yolk. Used an immersion blender and made good mayo. I will try extra light olive oil next time like the recipe asked for but we did not have enough.
Took the mayo and made tartar sauce. That turned out pretty good also.
Pretty basic recipe I saw on several web sites.
