8greenbean….thanks for a new lead on my Altoids oil lamp! I seem to remember reading that long ago. This project does have me stumped. Drained and threw out the denim strip. Burned finger not at all sore or blistered after applying aloe immediately yesterday. ….Sorry to hear of a death in your family.
I woke too early due to unsettled digestive tract so I made oatmeal. I’m using up some raisins that had dried out crispy at our elderlies house. They’d throw them out so I took them home and boil them and walnuts in the water before I put the oatmeal in. I’ve usually put in a bit of brown sugar but I think next time I’ll use some molasses. We really like that. Just a bit goes a long ways. Feeling some better but not a lot today. At least it does not feel like flu at all. Keeping a wary eye on things tho. More ginger/honey/lemon tea today. JIC
