Made mayo with lime juice salt quail eggs and avocado oil. Added it homemade horesradish. Made wonderful egg salad biscuits with avocado. Now thats filling. After doing chores in the 8 inches of snow, i thought i deserved something special. Avocado and oil and lime, white wine vinegar is still storebought. My pepperjack cheese is being pressed. And i cleaned out the fridges and gave the dogs a nice morning treat.
