Follow-up to previous post, wherein I figured out how to post to this forum. That “submit” button is serious. Yup, I’m in on the January challenge, but since I arrived mid-month, does that mean I owe you guys two posts a day to make up for the half-month I missed? LOL I have a good supply of food on hand — I’ve been prepping for a while — but invariably I run out of things, so this challenge will be fun and interesting. Glad to get to know you guys. 🙂
