Loving life we also have a shallow well but needs work. No fresh water around us but lots of salt water. We have a couple of ponds we could get water from but would need to be treated. We would have to travel a short ways to get to them. We also have the water barrels and the collapsable water containers as well as the 6 gal. plastic water containers. We have a lot of ways to store water but the canned water is a great solution to clean storable water. Temps do not effect it over 120 degrees. So you could keep it stored in a shed or garage with no problem.
