Molly Malone – Oh no, 2 more closets like the “Portal to Hell”?!!!  Stay strong 😉

Today I made a pizza from stored ingredients – the thin crust was store-bought but a type that is pretty shelf-stable, home-canned sauce, shredded Baccio pizza cheese I got several months ago at an outlet grocery store and kept in the freezer, and re-hydrated (home-dehydrated) mushroom slices.  Very tasty – and so easy!

With the help of Paul Lebeau and his staff at the Mockmill company, and two employees at Goal Zero, I finally finished my research into the feasibility of running the various Mockmill models using a solar powered battery/inverter set-up, and decided to order the model 200.  I’ll place the order tomorrow.  I should still be able to get the sale price and, hopefully, the free bonus package of a variety of grains to try will still be available. Once the new mill arrives, I’ll put my Nutrimill Classic up for sale on Craig’s List or EBay to help defray the cost of the Mockmill (and to make space for it!).  Hope the Mockmill will inspire me to do more breadmaking 🙂  BTW, I’ve been really impressed with the breadmaking course currently being taught online by Carolyn Thomas of Homesteading Family.  I treated myself to it as a Christmas gift to myself <smile> and I feel it has definitely been worth the course fee.
