I did the grocery shopping yesterday and found pineapples on sale at a really low price. I bought 3 of them and today I cut them up into chunks and canned 7 pints. Really pretty in the jars. I had to go to the register of deeds this morning to get a certified copy of hubby’s birth certificate so he can renew his driver’s license. While I was there I looked up the death records for 4 family members to update my genealogy records. Found more history of cancer on hubby’s side which did not make him feel better about the cancer he is currently fighting. I updated all the budget sheets yesterday and made menus for the next few days.
