Hieronyma!!!  Glad to hear a report on your daughter.  Whew…I know when I went to stay with our elderlies after an operation, other elderly and I got about 6 hrs of sleep total in the first 48 hrs.  Brutal….but you do what you have to do for them.  Praying for y’all.

We had a beautiful heirloom pitcher and bowl set.  It was destroyed when the wind blew the curtain and knocked the whole thing over …before I ever got to inherit it.  Sooo sad.  But yes, I try to collect more durable materials for prepping.  ‘Heirlooms’ are in a different category and some are very durable [my cast iron stuff] and some are so very fragile.

I’m hung up today with a severe muscle spasm in R shoulder.  Sets the nerve pain off.  >_<   Very limited range of motion.  Limits the activities too.  Likely it was all that writing on the calendars yesterday.  I’m prone to muscle spasms and usually try to avoid any repetitive action or positions.  I did switch off tasks yesterday but after a lot of snow removal before that, ….well things are fiery today.

DH ran into town to make use of that last day of a stock-up sale on canned goods.  Got cases of canned tomatoes….to make pasta sauces and stews. Other specific items for storing away.  Good price if you bought a bunch.  Brought home more hay on top of car.  Nice sunny day…48*   See…I don’t always live in North Pole conditions.  LOL  Nights….they’re still really cold.

We’ve been missing some folks….Xant and Skypony and lots more from our “community” …  🙁
