Its almost 11:30 and hard to remember what I did the last couple of days.  Breakfasts bacon and eggs, French toast, leftovers for most other meals so far this week.

Today baked a couple loaves of bread, and cut my hair.  After I cut it a few times I just have to have it done right by someone who knows how to do it.  I could do a better job if only I could take my head off and put it in front of me.  I need to buy a mirror that I can hang on the wall and see the back of my head while I am cutting.  Now I just have to look, put the mirror down and cut blind.  Well its chopped a little but not so bad I put a bag over my head when I went out.

Daisy read the article about vitamin C.  I have been thinking of trying pine or spruce needle tea.  Haven’t done it yet though but I will.  I like to make rose hip tea.  I just put the rose hips in water and let them soak till they are tea.  Not bad at all.  I don’t have any more rose hips right now though.  I do have peppermint that I saved from the garden last year and now I think I will go make a cup of tea.

One thing we had with leftovers was “apple rings” made with cucumbers that I canned last year.  If anyone is interested I will look up the recipe.  Most people cannot tell the difference.
