I have made homemade cleaning products along with shampoo and laundry detergent this month for this challenge and have used them and they work just as good as the commerical products, not to mention they smell great. I will never go back to using any commerical cleaning products, shampoo, or laundry detergent. I spent the morning putting the recipes for all the homemade cleaners, shampoo, and laundry detergent in a notebook along with supplies needed to make them, can’t wait to see how much I save next month.
Today I am baking chicken and using the stove top stuffing and gravy that I got last month for fifty cents, total cost for this meal, eight dollars and that includes homemade Coconut pie and will feed five people for supper tonight.
I am so grateful to Daisy and all you’ll on this forum that lets me know and learn I can make things better in these financial trying times.
