Loving Life….I remember many storms like that.  Haven’t had one with more than 2 and half feet up here.  We had to manually shovel the long driveway that time.  Now our snowplow friend makes sure he comes several times during a big dump of snow.  Threeeee feeeet?  Oye, now that’s just getting ridiculous!  LOL  You be very careful, please.  Do you have phone service and rescue folks on snowmobiles?  JIC?

We’ve got snow coming but in inches, not feet.  Well, if I measure all of the inches just this month…I will reach ‘fee’t already.  Good thing we do melt rather quickly out here in the west.  But turning that to ice is worse.

We’re prepping the animals with as much as can be positioned for Point Of Use.  Water and old horse’s extra senior feed cannot be.  We try to set up for as few steps as possible.  But I would give a lot to be able to go back and tell our former selves 20 yrs ago…..Nooooo, don’t put the barn there…needs to be near the lane for unloading hay!  Don’t put the gate/path UNDER the 8foot icicles!   [We didn’t KNOW 8′ icicles would form on the house then]  So much we know now…

OldMtWoman ….make good choices during this mess, y’all.
