Today I am making Tater Tot Casserole and this will be a first for my making homemade tater tots, usually I buy the frozen ones, but this challenge is about learning and trying to do things homemade, so if the tots don’t turn out I can make the ground beef into sloppy joe’s are something else.
Homemade Tater Tots Recipe
8 med potatoes, washed, pealed and finely shredded, dry the shredded potatoes and put into bowl and add 4 tbl flour, 1 tsp salt, dash of pepper, make into balls and fry till brown.
