I wrote a nice long post. Right when I sent it, the power went out for 15 minutes!
I will do a couple short posts.
I ended up with about 30 inches here in the higher elevations. Lol. It has been wicked cold. I woke to -19 and -43 with wind chill. The high today is forecast -11 with -34 wind chill. The wind is a screaming here. I already lost at least one big tree so far.
The winter scene is quite beautiful with the white mounds of snow and the wind swirling all the snow, my own mini snowglobe with my house in the middle. I am safe cuddled with the dogs in front of my raging fire. I have the wood stove about as hot as she will go!
