Woodsrunner…..Today I saw a NOTE-TO-SELF that I’d posted down near the Buddy Heater. It directed me outside to where we store the fuel canisters for that thing. I’d forgotten I did that but I thot of you immediately. It works, obviously. LOL

Muffy…..sorry your mozzarella didn’t turn out again. Seeking out real live help from the M. ladies would be a great idea. Tell us what went wrong when you get it figured out. I can’t remember any specifics about the time I made that with a friend. Other than hanging the cheesecloth with the cheese from her kitchen faucet to drain. No help from me on this one. Glad you family had good time and are [almost] back. Praying for your GrD.
I baked some more bacon I’d found in freezer during my search for sausage. I’ll be adding sausage to last nite’s spaghetti sauce when DH gets home with it. Late meal tonite. Also thawed the freezer Ziplock of garlic. Put it into jars for use in fridge. I buy the big jars for price difference and save most of it in the freezer til needed.
