Thank you so much Amy Dixon for the links to cheese-making youtubes!!! I will definitely watch those and hopefully my future efforts will turn out better.
From scratch today, I made one of my favorite dishes, Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast. So good. Spinach, feta cheese mixed together with a bit of mayo and garlic, stuffed in large breast wrapped with a slice of bacon. Talk about good. I’m not much of a cook but this always turns out so nicely and with such good flavor…but then what doesn’t taste great wrapped in bacon….:)
Spent part of day mixing up the dry ingredients for a basic bread loaf which can be flavored with blueberries, or bananas and nuts, or raisin and nuts…found it in the Dehydrating book…made enough for three loaves which I then put into bags and used my new Food Saver vacuum sealer. This will be so handy to have already made up when the mood strikes me to bake a sweet bread loaf.
I think I may be in love with my Food Saver….:)
