salted cashews are usually fried in oil then salted and the texture (crunchy) is different than raw (softer).

also raw cashews need to be rinsed well.  some recipes use no cashews – check the ingredients list

I’ve ordered from Azure Standard and a place called terrasoil  you could also use amazon.   when we lived in another part of the country many years ago I used a food coop out of Arkansas that made deliveries to several states like Azure does in the northwest
