Fried up 5  1 lb. packages of Hamburger. Put it into quart jars and pressure canned it. I used homemade Chicken Broth for the liquid.  I received 72 of the 8 oz packages of Sliced Mushrooms, which I spent drying in the oven for 2 days. I now have almost 3 of the 1 gallon bags of dried Mushrooms. I also got 45 Oranges, of which I’m saving all of the Orange Zest from the peelings. I also received 28 Apples, of which I’m saving all of the peelings in a bag in the fridge. Can I still make Apple Cider Vinegar if the peelings have been in the fridge for a week or two?
