The super stopped by to inspect my progress on the closet. He approved! I told him i plan to wallpaper the interior and he said no no no, the wallpaper will get torn every time i put stuff in and take stuff out. I said, but look at these crappy walls, all lumpy and bumpy and gouged. He said I’ll lend you my professional sander! I thought, do I look like someone who knows how to use a sander? So the sander is now in a box on the living room floor. My concerns are: 1. The apartment will blow up when i plug the sander in. 2. I will sand thru the wall into my neighbor’s apartment. But the super believes in me!!
