Leftover pork liver for breakfast, didnt use all of the liver for dog food. 18 quail eggs hard boiled used for egg salad, some for tomorrow. Made mayo with the big chickens eggs. Just a dash of salt, tablspoon lemon juice ,dash of dry mustard, 2 egg yolks and a whole egg in bottom of immersion blender, my last cup of avocado oil on the top and voila instant mayo. About 20 seconds max with immersion blender. Made cottage cheese yesterday and today, want some yogurt culture, but ran out. Shoulda kept a quarter cup from the last batch. Gotta get hay tomorrow am down to a half bale. Now that i got truck running can get a months worth in one trip, yea.
