Making from scratch today…stuffed mushrooms…also, roasted some red peppers I had in the freezer since last September that were taking up a lot of room….have put them in refrig so will look for a recipe or two that calls for them.
Is this the last day for this challenge? I’m pleased with my mostly cooking from scratch efforts this month as I didn’t come up with any other ideas that seemed more pressing than what I’m doing trying to get better organized with my prepping supplies.
