I’m also glad that cat has a home. I’m a cat lover (as well as a dog lover). Kudos to you guys who made it thru the challenge. I blew it although I enjoyed it and will continue with making a LOT more from scratch consistently.
I’m still sore from getting whacked with the bar on the snow scoop. Way below zero tonight. I’m sitting here with a fleece shirt on and blanket thrown over shoulders. I did make my own “bisquick mix” for making fast pancakes etc. Don’t remember if I posted the recipe but there are a lot of them on the web. I’m very impressed with all the work you guys did- especially with taking care of animals too.
Today make bean soup with ham bone and great northern beans along with cornbread. A good soup day.Now waiting to see what the Feb challenge will be.
