I know that guy online somewhere! 😉 Yes that info is still very current the only things we have more now is smartphones which are not going to be working anyway. Yes this should wake people up though this is a war situation I think it will be the same in other SHTF scenarios with perhaps slower decline to anarchy in some situations. People should find out more what happened in Puerto Rico which did not have running water for a month or two I heard and electric for six months at least. Also Cuba in the 90’s and Argentina in 2000 due to currency collapse, a guy named FerFal writes about his experience and has a book and a web site. I think one3 should learn from reality first then extrapolate new ideas from that before doing any planning and/or wargaming such scenarios.
