Today I started working on the pantry inventory. I got the freezers done in January. This month it’s the pantry. I also dehydrated 4 bags of carrot slices I got at markdown at the grocery. I am planning on some meals in a jar with some of the freeze dried foods. I spent some time online today looking up instructions for making a solar cooker and thermal cooking bag as I’ve added both of these to my project notebook.
