Prep everyday challenge: I typed cooking directions for all the soup mixes I packaged yesterday -a copy to put with the bags in a five gal can and a copy for a personal cookbook I’m putting together of my very most favorite recipes. I’m looking for ideas for using the six #10 cans rather than tossing them. They’ll find a home in the tool shed for now. Ordered new gamma lids for 5 gal buckets I’ll purchase at Lowes. This afternoon after my nap I plan to continue working a bit on my pantry inventory lists. 🙂 Goal is to have inventory completed by the end of this week.
