I’ve been wanting a wood type Bread Box. So today I went to the garage and the shed to find some pieces of 2×4 scrap wood. And a piece of 1×6. I used the 1×6 to make the bottom and the dome-shaped ends. I used my table saw to cut the 2×4’s into strips, drilled holes in the ends, and made a nice looking Bread Box. I used all of those little screws that I had saved from other projects to hold the strips on it. It looks nice, and was worth the 4 hours that it took to make it.
