Working only half days because of shoulder and lots of physical therapy. DH found some store bought chickpeas that need to be used so will have some of my rice with them – didn’t realize how immediate that prep would be used. But I’ll still have 11 frozen servings in baggies.
Today I’m going to get some depth to my vitamins. A chewable D3 for my sunshine (oh do I notice when the days get shorter – I also use a light but that’s a different challenge) and glucosamine for the arthritis where I broke joints in two fingers – really makes a difference. We have a very small “health foods store” in town and I like to support them but if they’re out there’s nothing else around. So this way I won’t mind waiting a few days to get a new bottle every month as I’ll have a nice rotating stash. If they’re out today I’ll just place an order for several
I’m also going to make some cold packs (made with water and alcohol) to leave in freezer for times when I need to ice sore muscles. I have a store bought one but I leave it at the office
