My heart is heavy, friends. One friend has cancer, another friend’s mother has cancer (they found out less than a month after the father passed away), a relative is in the final stages of a disease he has been fighting for 11 years. Another relative has been unemployed for almost 5 months.
Prepping has taken on a new meaning for me.
What I did today: purchased multiples of almost everything at the grocery store, took a walk, and treated myself with natural remedies for two recent diagnosis (neither is life-threatening, thankfully).
