Hi….popping in early.  I was reading the 20 uses for Zip Ties article.  #13 confused me.  I’ve reread it and can’t figure out what it means.  Drill hole in a bucket to keep out O2, moisture, etc.  A hole would allow those things.  Did someone understand this?

“13. Food storage – To prevent opened food sources like rice and beans from succumbing to food enemies like oxygen, moisture, and rodents use a zip tie to secure them. Simply drill a hole in your 5-gallon plastic containers and secure it with a zip tie. This keeps your preps secure and safe.”

You know what a valid prep activity is:  Trying to understand how to process deep emotions. Like fear, grieving.   It’s an issue at our house and we’re taking time to handle it sooner rather than later.  AND catching up with lost sleep due to same.  Whew…..
