As part of my work I ran across an article on IRS tips for when a disaster happens. Reviewed the list with personal things in mind. Will be updating some information based on article.
Another thing I thought about was changing our bank accounts to Payable on Death (POD) designations. That way the accounts transfer without probate. Discussed the bank change with my husband today and he agrees, so we’ll probably get that paperwork signed tomorrow. Different kind of prepping but definitely preparation.
Still working on dehydrated food book some more today. As in reading with pencil and notepaper
