Ouch! That looks like a lot of work heading your way. So far as for us, no snow but several days of rain, drizzle and damp cold. Can’t blame you for wanting to move somewhere with less to keep up. Here I am at my age wanting to move to the country. maybe not that much land but at least in the country. I miss it. Where we are now in a neighborhood where neighbors want you to help them which is fine but when I need help they run the other way. So I am learning after the dog deal to say nope, got things to do. Our area used to be country, then rural. Now they are dumping a town on us. Traffic is so bad now it takes twice as long to get down the street. They just keep building and building and all the farmland is being sold out. I see our taxes going up every year as the land is getting more expensive. Taxes has already gone up about $200 in our area. That hurts when you are retired and on a fixed income.
