If we ever get what I will call ‘normal weather’ again I may feel different. We love the privacy and solitude… seeing wild game in the yard at most anytime of the day… and the feeling of relief after spending time in crowds of people and traffic. But I must say that the weather cycle has been awful for months rolling in out of the SW. Days of clouds and rain often followed with a day or two of sun, but with high gusting winds that trees to fall, power outages.. even shingles blown from the roof in some instances. Then rinse and repeat. Frankly, I’m ready for a good drought!
