We had sunshine today and it brightened everyone’s attitude. Me, coworkers, customers and colleagues in other businesses.
I found potatoes sprouting so will be making soup tonight – lunches for work.
I also will be making vegetable broth from the Making It book I got yesterday. Canning equipment is all in storage so freezer to the rescue.
Spring is coming! Sunset is already about 5:30 even without the time change. I feel energy bubbling up in me in spite of a busted shoulder. Don’t even want to think about what winters were like before I got my “happy light”
