    We all remember Hurricane Katrina, don’t we?  Other disasters have pushed Katrina into the background, but there is still a lot to learn from the Katrina experience.

    I found this site, “A Place With No Name” several years ago shortly after Katrina.  This guy is fantastic in how he dissects the event and pushes ahead providing some of the best emergency preparedness actions I have read anywhere.  (Take no offense, Daisy)  Read the site and look over the planning framework.  Its quite inclusive.
