The article is not entirely accurate.
Here in NY, the governor is looking to allow illegal migrants to unionize. The dairy farms are already stretched thin. So, they moved to robotic milkers. No, really. I went to a farm and saw the operation.
But it is not just people who cut lettuce. Ordering kiosks are replacing fast food cashiers, wait staff, and more.
Might come a day where the novelty of having a live human waiter or waitress will be at a fine dinning restaurant. And all your food is cooked by humans!
