One of my writers put this together – she is really into researching the things Big Tech is working on. This is chilling. The employees of Google are actually outing the company because they are creating a search engine meant to disperse government disinformation, to not search certain terms, and to flag the people who are looking for those terms.
And you know this stuff won’t stay in China – they’re like the test lab.

My life was perfectly OK before anyone knew of the name “Google” and I feel certain it will be perfectly OK without Google in the future. I don’t need or require Google, FB, Twitter, Snap Chat or any of the others.

I look forward to get rid of cell phone. If we give up all of this do we get better music back?
Note that this is second attempt at this, and if this fails a third they will wear us down till it passes like every other piece of bad idea or law.
There has been ltitle need for new laws but every year more and more to Benifit companies and the rich, name one that helps the regular people. Name 1 sad is it not.

Google is hard to avoid if one is on the Internet at all. I don’t want to use it to search but it keeps popping up here and there. 🙁

It’s very worrisome. At some point, all this stuff is going to combine together and folks are going to be in a world of hurt.

Agreed!!! DH heard Walgreens got bought out by a corporation…not in U.S. He was talking to an employee that quit. Said they no longer get any paid holidays as is traditional here HOWEVER, I’ve looked and cannot confirmed that.
Walgreens was indeed buying out half of the Rite Aid stores earlier this year. And Amazon is giving everyone fierce competition. Whether the Walgreens-Foreign buy out is true or not, the choices of these large corporations have huge effect on the rest of us. It’s just another way corporations are forcing a global economy and more limited choices. Traditional mom and pop stores don’t have a chance. 🙁 ….leading us to have fewer options and that’s scary. Every transaction we do will be KNOWN….
