  With plenty of rain these past couple weeks the hayfields are greening up nicely for a possible third cutting this season. Anybody with a semi willing to take round bales south could make a pretty penny right now.

  Ostrich ! Easier to raise , grow faster , and by all accounts, tastes very similar to beef . Its just another bird , when it comes down to it .
