My problem with much of this is that the Cali laws prevent them from actually doing what they need to do to prevent issues with the existing lines.
They are not allowed to trim the trees back far enough, and that is a problem.
To remove a tree almost requires an act of congress,if it is ever allowed.
Cali is gonna burn, simple as that.
