Peeled and broke down in wedges. Made a syrup with cup of sugar and two cups of water. Water bathed for 10 minutes at sea level or added time with elevation. I did 13 minutes.
It was about as simple as it could be. I’ll be cracking one open tonight for testing. I’ll post results later.-

ParticipantWhat are you seeing as the peak canning season for cuties? I’ve seen cuties go from divine to yuck in a matter of days.

Man I’ve no idea 😂
Right now I’m in the “I’d better fill in some gaps” phase and also learning canning. Wife’s always done it and I do the Mylar but I know I need to cross train myself so that’s what I’m kinda doing.
I generally do what I get that day or next

Participantok want to do these cuties, but no water bath canner. since I have a food saver, can I use the attachment to seal the lids instead of the water bath canner? the attachment basically does the same thing I think…..causes the lid to suck……? thanks, dont know about your grapes….lol

I’ve no idea on the food saver however to water bather all you need is a pot that will allow water to cover the lids while they boil. No pressure canner needed.
