<div>I’ve been using this several years now. It’s a great product. Workouts, hiking, hunting and training no matter the time of year.</div>
<div>It’s helped me adjust to soft body armor as well.
My former backpack rubbed the insides of my biceps something awful and I used that in the summer when I had on a tank top or sleeveless shirt while hiking. It’s great stuff.
OT but related – when I switched to a backpack made specifically for women, I no longer had that issue with it rubbing my arms. It made all the difference in the world.
Fabrics make a big difference for sure. Even at that what I’ve encountered hunting is 30-40 degree temperature swings while jumping n bumping canyons. Sweat will build and get ya.
Sometimes as Daisy mentions it is improper fitting gear. When it’s yours and your choice you can fix it but there are times like on the job where it’s issued and you will wear it and it could be an event where your gear is lost, stolen or destroyed so now your getting team hand me downs.
Often I recommend it when folks are starting out getting in shape. Their bodies aren’t tough in the right areas and at times the sweat can be pushing out a lot of impurities so something like this will help you get through the curve.
