The wife was at a meeting, sitting at the same table as one of her co-workers, he left and went to the ER.
He tested positive for COVID19.
We are assuming she is an asymptomatic carrier and I am likely one too. -

AnonymousI have been working full time through this whole lock down. The company I work for has gone to great effort, putting up plexiglass barriers, limiting customers in the building, providing hand sanitizer wipes and gel, etc. But at the end of the day social distancing is next to impossible when trying to speak with someone through masks regarding specific details like billing and shipping addresses, etc.
4-24-20 I came down with symptoms like the onset of a cold and called in sick. 4-25-20 I got the nasal swab covid-19 test. A few days later I got the result of the test, Negative.
I sent a secure message to my VA Dr. regarding my symptoms and received a call back with a 30 minute discussion. Despite my Negative test she wanted me to self quaranine for 14 days. So let HR know about the Negative result and letter from the VA Dr. to Self Quarantine.
Symptoms persisted for 10 days, like the onset of the common cold, slightly elevated temperature, glassy eyes, lethargic, lots of naps. Day 10 I felt a lot better, Day 15 I was back at work.
Back at work speaking with a Co-Worker he was out for 14 days and same deal, Negative test… Came back to work and now he is out again because a family member is sick. No confirmation on Covid with family member but it is likely.
Deaths in this county are at about 85, going up 4 deaths every 24-48 hours, so it is starting to hit here.
I think I had a mild case and got a false negative result.

Been reading about a lot of people who get tested, have all the S&S, and get a negative result.
It is only the ones with really bad, require hospitalization, S&S, that I have read tested positive and some, it took more than one test.

Far as I know, from Japan handling the Diamond Princess passengers, the tests are 75% accurate.
If you test positive, you should have 3 negative tests in a row, i.e. one per day for 3 days in a row.
If you test positive in that time, reset, wait a few days before the next round of tests.Same “should” be applied for testing positive IF one suspects you have the virus, yet the test shows negative.
The above is assuming the Chinese tests are not used.
