Not Enough People is the problem we are seeing in developed countries. Aging population with a lower birth rate. At some point (I think the US has already reached it) you have more people taking out money (in benefits) than there are people paying into social programs.
The only thing they can do is rise taxes and cut benefits.The last two paragraphs did not make sense to me. The woman would rather her mothers home be dirty then clean it herself? Is she physically unfit to do some cleaning?
